St Austell Hockey Club is a grass roots club, which has been going for many years. With an active ladies team, and an enthusiastic junior section. The ladies team plays in the Trelawney 1 League and includes a mix of experienced and youth/newer members. In the 2015 season the St Austell Ladies won the Plate final, a fantastic way to end the season and following 3 years in  Trelawney 2 they secured promotion after finishing runners up. The Junior and Ladies teams play in competitive matches and tournaments, against a range of teams in both Plymouth and Cornwall.
